Aloha to all,

I am looking for a particular workout that was posted I think here. I dealt with doing pinons all 14 of them and to mix up the forms there was a set of push ups, sit ups, and other physical movements.  These were done 10 each movement in between doing pinons, there was a total of 140 pushups, a 140 situps etc. I seemed to be a great way to have you focus on your forms as well as get in a great workout. Can anyone repost this list?

Scott,

Got to "Search" and type in Crossfit. You'll get a couple of results the one you're looking for is entitled " Mixing Crossfit with Kajukenbo" by GM Powell. Mahalo.
